January 22, 2021 – Clearwater, FL– The Law Office of Michael A. Ziegler: Debt Fighters, a Florida law firm that helps consumers overcome debt problems, announced today the appointment of partner Kaelyn Steinkraus Diamond to shareholder partner. The firm will now be known as Ziegler Diamond Law: Debt Fighters.

Mrs. Diamond first began working at the firm as a law clerk in 2014. In 2016, she became as associate attorney. She advanced to partner in 2019.
Mrs. Diamond focuses her practice on representing consumers in creditor harassment cases. Clients need her services more than ever, because debt collectors have become extremely aggressive during the pandemic. Since most people are staying home, it’s easier than before for debt collectors to reach consumers. Unfortunately, they are taking full advantage of that circumstance.
“I want everyone to understand they are not at the mercy of unscrupulous debt collectors,” said Kaelyn Diamond. “Just because a consumer is in debt or behind on bills, debt collectors still have an obligation under the law to collect without harassment or abuse. If they violate those laws, the debt collectors may have to pay.”
A Florida native, Mrs. Diamond is on the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee where she is chair of the Social Media & Outreach Subcommittee. She is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and Public Justice. Mrs. Diamond holds an Avvo Top Attorney rating, and she also won the Avvo Client’s Choice Award for 2019. In 2018, 2019 and 2020, she was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
