Hi, I’m Nathalie, a Collection Harassment and Personal Injury paralegal at Ziegler Diamond Law. I’ve been with the firm for five years, and I work directly with people facing two of the most disruptive things that can happen to a person — unlawful debt collection on one side and a serious personal injury on the other. My job is to keep your case moving and to make sure nothing falls through the cracks while the attorneys focus on the legal strategy.
What I Do for Clients
Day to day, I manage cases from intake through resolution. That means drafting pleadings and correspondence, handling and drafting discovery, coordinating hearings and mediations, and staying in regular contact with clients so you always know where your case stands. Litigation runs on deadlines — my job is to make sure every filing, every response, and every case-management task is handled accurately and on time. When you call the firm, I’m often the first voice you’ll hear after the attorney.
Bilingual Client Support
I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, so clients who are more comfortable in Spanish get the same clear answers and the same attention as everyone else. FDCPA harassment cases and personal injury claims can be confusing enough in your first language — you shouldn’t have to fight a language barrier on top of everything else.
Outside of Work
I’m a proud mom of two, and in my spare time I’m a balloon artist. I like bringing creativity and a little bit of fun into everything I do — at the office and at home. Clients dealing with harassment or a serious injury are usually carrying a lot of stress, and I think a steady, positive presence on their case team matters.
