Hi, I’m Crystal, and I’m a paralegal in the Collection Harassment Department at Ziegler Diamond Law. I work with clients who are dealing with inaccurate credit reporting, identity theft, and unlawful debt collection — the kinds of problems that don’t just hurt your credit score, they wear you down. My job is to help take that weight off as quickly as possible.
What I Do for Clients
I run intake for the Collection Harassment Department and build cases from the ground up. That means I’m one of the first people clients talk to. I gather the facts, review account documentation and credit reports, pull together the records we need, and make sure your case is moving forward from day one. If you’ve been ignored by a collector, brushed off by a credit bureau, or told your dispute doesn’t qualify — that’s usually where we come in.
20+ Years of Client Relations & Problem-Solving
Before joining Ziegler Diamond Law, I spent more than two decades in management and HR roles. That background gave me strong skills in client relations, communication, and untangling complicated situations — which is most of what consumer law cases look like in the early days. I bring that same patience and clear communication to every client conversation, because the legal process should never make you feel more confused than when you started.

I was born and raised in St. Petersburg and still proudly call Pinellas County home. Outside of work, I’m with my husband, our three daughters, and our grandchildren as much as possible — concerts, Disney trips, beach weekends, finding new local spots around Florida. Staying busy together is the whole point.
