Attorney Cassidy Fordiani serves as an advocate for consumers in both foreclosure and debt defense matters. Cassidy aspires to ensure clients have open lines of communication with their attorney and works to make clients feel they made the finest decision upon retaining our firm to handle their case.
Cassidy began her legal career by clerking with firms and corporations in a number of areas of law. With experience in both real estate and foreclosure litigation, Cassidy has a wide range of knowledge regarding areas surrounding consumer foreclosure and debt defense. After working for a creditor’s rights firm in her final year of law school, she decided to pursue the same areas of law but instead with the goal to pursue consumer’s rights. Cassidy was raised in South Florida and graduated from Fort Myers High School in 2013. She found a home in Tampa when attending the University of South Florida, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. Just taking a quick hop over the bridge, Cassidy decided to attend Stetson University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2019. While studying at Stetson, Cassidy was involved as the President of the Business Law Society, a Nova Scholar with the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and Historian of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi.
Currently, Cassidy is a member of the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation American Inn of Court and hopes to become more involved in the community as her legal career progresses.
When she is not hard at work, Cassidy cheers on the Pittsburgh Steelers every Sunday and spends most of her time outdoors with family, friends and her Shih Tzu, Ollie.
